BRAD E. KELSKY, ESQ.
Brad E. Kelsky, Esq., received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Florida . From there, Mr. Kelsky graduated from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude, before moving to South Florida.
Mr. Kelsky spent the first six years of his practice as an insurance defense attorney, representing doctors, hospitals, clinics and health insurers along with rental car companies and individuals sued by accident victims.
Since 1995, Mr. Kelsky has extensive experience representing families, individuals and corporations in all types of civil matters, with a heavy emphasis on construction defects, personal injury, mold-related claims, contract disputes, real estate disputes and commercial litigation throughout Florida's state and federal courts.
He is admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida , the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Kelsky has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has handled appeals in front of the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (federal).
In 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, Mr. Kelsky has been identified as one of the Top Up & Comers in the legal profession in the South Florida area by the South Florida Legal Guide, a distinction as voted on by his peers.
BARBARA O. LLINAS, ESQ.
Barbara O. Llinas, Esq., received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida International University and her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law.
Since 2003, Ms. Llinas's practice has been devoted to handling personal injury, mold-related claims, condominium disputes, real estate disputes, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases.
In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Llinas is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern districts of Florida .
Ms. Llinas, a Cuban-American, is fluent in Spanish and English. She resides in Miami . |
